This filter is more effective than the traditional charcoal filter and in addition has an exstremely long service life. Typically, it doesn't need to be replaced but merely get washed alone without any othertableware in a dishwasher at max. 65 degrees C. Afterwards the filter dries for 20 minutes in an oven at 100 degrees C before it again gets mounted in the cooker hood. Note:
If you do not have the opportunity to blow the air out of the kitchen, then you can use a recirculation fan. Note! The filters do not remove steam. This is removed by extra ventilation or e.g. via the central ventilation system of the house. While using recirculation, windows, doors, and any air system with access to fresh air should be closed.
