The filter is cleaned by washing it in the dishwasher at a maximum of 65 degrees and then drying it in the oven at 100 degrees for 20 minutes before installing the fan. Long Life filters guarantee efficient cleaning of the air for up to 3 years provided that the maintenance is followed.

Note:
If you do not have the opportunity to blow the air out of the kitchen, then you can use a recirculation fan. Note! The filters do not remove steam. This is removed by extra ventilation or e.g. via the central ventilation system of the house. While using recirculation, windows, doors, and any air system with access to fresh air should be closed.
