- The Ducq cookware set is especially suitable for induction thanks to its magnetic base, but it can also be used on gas, ceramic and traditional hobs. The cast base ensures an even and stable contact surface, minimising the risk of scratches on your hob. The pots are designed to work optimally with downdraft extractors, which draw steam and particles downward instead of upward. Ducq Medium includes a pan with an outer base in stainless steel, PFAS-free ceramic enamel on the inside, and an aluminium core.
